William Lee

Portland, OR

Photography has been William's passion since his teenage. He was brought into the beauty of photography by an article posted on the wall of his school - it was about how to make your own needle hole camera and the theory of film. With limited budget in his teenage, He could not even afford a Kodak point and shoot 135mm camera. A hand made camera was the only hope to start photographing the beauty of this world, so he hand made his first camera with fractional cost, then started photography.

Today's William lived in north-west of USA and is doing fine art, landscape, macro and wildlife photography with lots of professional digital photography equipment and DIY accessories. His exceptional works had been published on National Geographic, Ourdoor Photographer magazines, Oregonian newspaper and many online websites.

As of April 15, 2012, he has won more than 390 awards on different international and domestic contests.
His artworks are available for sale in both printed products and digital downloads including commercial usage licensing.
